For international participants, you are encouraged to apply your US visa early

if you need an invitation letter from us for your US visa application, please fill out this visa registration for IWSHM 2023 Visa. We will only issue you a letter if (i) you have submitted an abstract or (ii) completed online registration for IWSHM 2023. Your request will be processed shortly, and you will receive a signed invitation letter to your email. If you need a hardcopy of your visa letter, please contact and email your request to fontanilla@stanford.edu
