IWSHM 2023 Venue Map

Rental Car

Those who are planning to arrive by the rental car, are encouraged to buy guest parking. The following two parking lots are close to the IWSHM event.

2. Panama Parking Lot

Uber and Lyft

The Stanford Oval is the closest drop-off point. Address: 20 Palm Dr., Stanford, CA 94305. Guests to IWSHM 2023 are encouraged to use Uber or Lyft for easy transportation.

Free Shuttle Service

A complimentary shuttle service that connects the Workshop location and several hotels is provided for all participants from September 12th – 14th. The complimentary shuttle service will be provided between Crowne Plaza, Hilton Garden Inn, Creekside Hotel, the Sheraton Hotel, and the Stanford campus. Conference guests will be dropped off at the Cantor Art Museum, from which the conference can be reached on foot. Guests staying at nearby hotels may use any stop on this line for transportation to or from the conference. The bus schedule is provided below. It can also be downloaded from here:

Parking

There are by-the-hour parking spots around campus and closer to the Workshop location, but at a higher rate and on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please consult the instructions here for more details.

Golf Cart Shuttle Service

A complimentary golf cart shuttle service that commutes between the workshop location and several parking lots is provided for all participants from September 12-14.
